This week sees the start of our new 9 week lifestyle program, a program designed to work with not only your body but also your mind, in order for you end up in a fitter, healthier place long term, not just until the program finishes
For us to loose weight, change our eating habits, change our exercise habits or change our lifestyle, we need to have a quite major shift in mindset and if that shift is not reinforced consistently until it becomes a habit, then you can bet your life you will eventually drift back to your old ways
Research tells us that it takes 21 days to form a habit, so if we can change 1-2 habits every 3 weeks then we should have approx 6 new habits by the end of our 9 weeks, this I find really exciting
What 6 habits would you choose to change, and how would that change your life for the better?
Smoking, takeaways, alcohol, not enough water, too much coffee, no exercise, no breakfast, not enough or too much food, finishing the kids meals, too much chocolate
The list is endless and can seem daunting, but with a little help and guidance, not impossible
