Going Green Day 2

Now the weather has cooled off a little, a soup is a delicious way to get heaps of veg and nutrients into you and sneak it into the kids

My favorite, I cook in the slow cooker then put in the nutri bullet and boom its done

2 pints vegetable stock (I am vegan with vege kids, you could use chicken stock)

Then just lots of preferably organic or home grown veg eg

pumpkin, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, leeks, onion, courgette, celery, mushrooms, spinach, silverbeet, carrot

What ever takes your fancy, dont forget herbs and spices – tumeric, corriander (my fave so goes in everything!) sesame seed, mixed herbs, black pepper

Then cook for 4-8 hours, blend, no need to add cream or sour cream, just enjoy as it is
