Going Green Day 5

How are you getting on, 5 days in you should be starting to accumulate a good few recipes and your pantry shelves should be looking more healthy

Not sure about you but the cauliflower pizza base is just too difficult for me – trying to get all of the water out is just mind blowing for a short attention span!!

So this beautiful recipe from Michelle Bridges Food For Life, which by the way has some amazing recipes, I find much better

Brocco-Flower Pizza Base

350g Cauliflower

350g Broccoli

process both until they resemble rice, put in large bowl and add

6 Whisked Eggs

1/2 cup Almond Meal

season to taste

Form mix into 4 equal mounds and transfer to baking trays lined with baking paper, shape into ovals

Bake @ 220c/200c fan forced for 20 mins

When cooked cover with your favorite toppings for instance

Chargrilled Portobello Mushrooms

Thyme leaves, Spinach or Rocket

Crumbled Ricotta, Feta or Goats Cheese
