Groundhog day V planning day

Good Monday morning ladies and gents, hope you had a great weekend

Where is your head space at this beautiful morning?

Have you planned time this week for you, have you decided when you are going to exercise and what you are going to do, have you planned meals and or preped food?

Or, are you just going to let life happen to you again this week?

Just stay on that treadmill of work, kids, must do stuff, work, kids, must do stuff, till we get to the end of the year, then look back any wonder where the time went, along with your goals and dreams for 2017

No didn’t think so!

So lets get planning

  1. Today write out at least 3 days meals, what do you need to buy, what can you  prepare and store or freeze
  2. Write in your diary which days you are going to exercise, where you are going to exercise, how long for and what you are going to do
  3.  Block out a minimum of 15 mins every day for YOU time, even if you have to get up 15 minutes earlier to do it, decide what you are going to do in that 15 minutes – read a book, listen to guided meditation, stretching, lie in a bath – what ever makes you feel relaxed and rejuvenated
  4. Think about what you want to achieve over the next week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, it can be something small like making an appointment or giving someone a call to something much bigger – write it down, read it each day and take action daily – just one small step towards your goal

Now just do it!!
